NFDA has secured special rates at many downtown hotels to give you a variety of options and prices from which to choose. To help you make your room reservations as easily as possible, NFDA has arranged for Experient Housing Bureau to assist you in booking the perfect room to meet your needs.

Please note: Most hotels are within walking distance; however, a few are further away from the convention center. The distance is indicated on the Housing Bureau website.

A few things to note:

• Per-night room rates shown are for single or double rooms; your rate may be slightly higher for three or more people in one room.
• Please call the Housing Bureau for suite rates at 800-974-3084 or +1-847-996-5876.
• A credit card is needed to guarantee your room. Your card will not be charged until check-out or if you fail to cancel your reservation at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival date or fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date.
• If you are unable to provide a credit card, you can secure a room by mailing in a check. Please call the Housing Bureau for detailed instructions.
