Manual review seminar is held on Saturday and the exam is given on Sunday. You must be eligible to participate, and an application is required. Applications are available at www.nfda.org/continuing-education/certification. The updated manual, published in 2013, is the basis for the exam. Includes refreshments and lunch. (Up to 8 CE hours)

A Collage of Embalming and Reconstructive Techniques
1 – 5 p.m.

This seminar will offer a large amount of technical information on procedures that professional embalmers perform on severe trauma cases in an effort to provide an open-casket viewing. Airbrush cosmetics will be discussed and demonstrated with live models. The seminar will also offer methods to promote the value of embalmers' skills to the public. (4 CE hours)
